The Future of Content Creation and Design: Canva is Killing Photoshop with this 2023 AI Update

Canva recently added an Artificial Intelligence-powered feature allowing users to make a wide range of automatic photo edits

Canva has brought a crazy update that is good news for designers and content creator, but a bad new for the Photoshop and other competitors. In this new update, you can use add, remove, or change the appearance of an object with a simple command through Artificial Intelligence. We have provided the full guide on how to use this amazing feature and take your content creating and designing skills to the next level. Follow along.

Open the Canva app or website, sign up, or login if you already have an account. After entering Canva, upload the photo that you want to edit.

After you have uploaded the photo, click on the photo and it will show another menu at the top where you will see an option, Edit photo.

Click on Edit photo and that will lead you to another menu at the left of the window. There you will see tools and among those tools, there be a designing tool that we are looking for, Magic Edit.

Click on Magic Edit tool and that will take you to the main editor page where you can change the size of the brush and select the area of the photo that you want to edit through the brush.

After highlighting the area, click Continue on the left bar of the page and that will being you the option of giving the prompt in order to let the AI know what you want with the photo and design.

After you have given the prompt, you can click the Generate button and wait a second for the results it gives.

The platform will offer some generated designs that you can choose from. You can generate additional results by clicking Generate new results if you are not happy with the ones they give you.

The results are mindblowing and quality is not that bad. Since Canva has recently updated and added this feature to the platform, you should not be disappointed with the results it gives you sometimes. They might gradually improve the quality and the way the artificial intelligence will work for designers and content creators.
